We happily accept returns online returns within 10 days of purchase (not 10 days after receiving it.) Items must be brand new with their tags and labels still on.

Long answer: We would love to make exceptions for everyone and essentially accept returns forever - but we also want to be able to provide you with a wardrobe for many more years - so we really can't.

Shipping to you is billed at $3.99 even though it generally costs us a lot more. Return shipping varies by weight and is deducted from your refund. The return amount is about the same we paid to get your items out to you!
Since both sipping charges are deducted from your refund you may receive a refund differentiation that exceeds $10.
No-one wants to wear, sell, or see a defective item. So if you feel you are the lucky one, please email a photo of the item with a brief description to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your photo is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
