We happily accept returns within 10 days of purchase not 10 days after receiving it. Items must be brand new with their tags and labels still on.

Long answer: We would love to make exceptions for everyone and essentially accept returns forever - but we also want to be able to provide you with a wardrobe for many more years - so we really can't.

We charge an industry low $3.99 flat rate to anywhere in the USA.
No-one wants to wear, sell, or see a defective item. So if you feel you are the lucky one, please email a photo of the item with a brief description to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your photo is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
