Yes. Our entire site features sale-event merchandise, so every purchase is final sale—with or without a promo code.

What about gift cards?
Gift cards are nonrefundable. Items purchased using a gift card are also final sale.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We want you to be happy with the quality of your purchase. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email orders@metziahsdirect.com with your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and follow up with next steps. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for processing.
